Catalog Item Selection Process for New or Existing Catalog

• This pane provides very flexible process of selecting catalog items for the new catalog.

• User can select catalog items  by:

  • entire catalog data (this option allows user to build catalog with all the catalog items of CatalogBuilder)

  • selected catalog items (for preparing mini catalog)- user can select catalog items on the following criterion (multiple criterion can also be applied):
     

    • by date (catalog items inserted into CatalogBuilder on or after specified date can be selected ) - upon selecting this option, use date selection calendar to fill the date. and click button Step II click to add selected catalog items button 
      Upon clicking, program will filter the catalog items on this criterion and will display them in catalog item list
       

    • by Collection Group - (catalog items inserted into CatalogBuilder for selected collection group / subgroup can be selected ) - upon selecting this option, select collection group from collection group data. and click button
      Upon clicking, program will filter the catalog items on this criterion and will display them in catalog item list
       

    • by Selection List (appearing on main window or Search Window) - after selecting this option, click button
      Upon clicking, program will filter the catalog items on this criterion and will display them in catalog item list
      
      If user requires to select the catalog items from more than one such criterion (e.g. from another collection group / sub group), then repeat catalog item selection process.
      
       

• User can preview catalog item list (and graphic as well) and further modify the list by removing specified  catalog item.
  
  How to Remove Specified Catalog Item from Catalog Item List

  select specific catalog item from catalog item list

  click Remove button  to delete from catalog item list
  
  Click clear all button to remove all  catalog items from catalog item list.
  
  For catalog building, there must be some catalog items appearing in catalog item list. If there is no catalog item appearing in  catalog item list, program will warn to select catalog items.
