CatalogBuilder facilitates not only  catalog building for entire catalog items, but also facilitates mini catalog building and management. Mini Catalog is commonly referred as catalog consisting of selected catalog items to suit user's specific objectives (e.g. specific customer, specific target market, specific event like trade show / exhibition, specific sales campaign etc.).

Mini Catalog building is no different than normal catalog, except that User instead of selecting entire catalog data (from create new / edit catalog window), selects catalog items. CatalogBuilder program facilitates user in selecting catalog items from one or many selection options (i.e.  selection list, selected collection groups, date driven criterion) and can further add/remove existing catalog item list to suit its purpose.

Once Mini Catalog is built, user can carry out catalog management functions like, any other catalog. and Mini Catalogs are also listed in catalog browser pane of catalog management window for quick selection.

Once Mini Catalog is built, user can publish such mini catalog as slide show album, web catalog or multimedia catalog like entire catalog.
