CatalogBuilder facilitates not only quick catalog building, but also easy management of existing catalog including the modification in existing catalog.

• User in secured mode only, can modify existing catalog.

• From Catalog Management window, select the catalog from catalog browser pane by clicking button edit catalog  .
  
  
   OR Click Menu - Catalog - Catalog Operations - Edit Catalog
  
  
   

• Clicking the above, will open New/Edit Catalog Window
  
  
   

  From this window, user may edit catalog and its contents (i.e catalog items). For Secured Mode only

  • catalog name - once created, this can not be changed / modified.

  • Modify the catalog description / notes (for internal references only)- optional input

  • Modify  the  email Id (compulsory input) - it will be used to create response sheet
     

• Click next in the wizard and follow the catalog item selection process to insert more catalog items or remove existing catalog items in selected catalog
  
  
   

• Click next in the wizard and read catalog building guideline.
   

• Click finish to complete catalog modification process
   

• Upon clicking finish, program will prompt for display and feature selection process (catalog's design setting window). User can modify catalog design setting by accepting the program message. User can also edit catalog design setting  and theme setting from catalog management window, for selected catalog.
