CatalogBuilder facilitates quick editing / modifications  in catalog items (Admin User only)

• User can build contents of its catalog items:

  • its name (title), code (SKU), and three customizable content fields including one description field

  • special view graphics to display additional graphics for catalog item (e.g. closeouts, multiple views of catalog item etc)

  • special magnified map view graphic, to suit business needs

  • replace catalog  item's graphic

  • search key words for powerful search on entire catalog
    
    User may review configuration setting for catalog item's name, code; graphic settings, display captions for contents (so as to facilitate customized caption for  contents  to suit business needs) and security setting.
    
     

• From the thumbnail pane of Program (main window or search window),  select specific catalog item from thumbnail view.  User can select  the catalog item from Search Window as well, by selecting catalog item.
  
  
   

• Click  Content  Button  or
  
   edit command from Menu (Menu- Catalog Item- Edit).
  
  
   Upon such an action, the program will open content window for specific catalog item.
  
  
   

• From this window, User can do the followings:
   

  • Edit Catalog Item's Name ( allowed only, if configuration setting allows it) - this is compulsory info for catalog item, auto filled by program, in line with configuration setting. This content input can not left blank and cannot be more than 100 characters.
     

  • Edit Catalog Item's Code ( allowed only, if configuration setting allows it) - this is compulsory info for catalog item, auto filled by program, in line with configuration setting. This content input can not left blank and cannot be more than 15 characters.
     

  • Pricing info for catalog item (pricing currency is configured through configuration setting window)
     

  • Fill / Edit customized content -description etc. (display captions for such contents are configured through configuration setting window)
     

  • click browse button to change catalog item's graphic. Upon clicking, it will open browser window to provide new graphic file for selected catalog item. Upon completion, this process will replace thumbnail and full view graphic for the catalog item.
     

  • click special mapping view graphic browser button   to insert or change catalog item's special map view graphic. Upon clicking, it will open browser window to provide new map view graphic file for selected catalog item. This special Map View graphic should be a large file to display product design. In published catalog, this map view helps for many industries wherein, product design is very critical for buying decision of your prospects (e.g. carpet industry etc).
     

  • Insert special view graphics for multiple views (i.e. additional graphics for products for closeouts etc), by clicking Mange Special View Images Button

  Once the contents are filled / modified, click Save button to apply or click Exit button  to skip the changes & close window.
