  User can easily configure design setting for thumbnail display for collection page. 
   

Using Thumbnail Display Pane in Design Setting Window, user can configure thumbnail display related settings.

 

• How to customize  thumbnail count on collection page
  
  This configuration defines number of thumbnails (of catalog items) on single page. Program will build multiple pages, if number of catalog items exceeds configured count.
   

  •  if collection page view is set to thumbnail matrix, then user can set matrix by defining number of thumbnails in rows and columns (by selecting rows and column count)
     

  • if collection page view is set to list view, then user can only set the row count.
     

  • if user selects all catalog items on single page, then rows count is not applicable. (not recommended, unless catalog items are not in large numbers)
     

• How to configure thumbnail padding and distance amongst thumbnails
  
  This configuration helps in designing thumbnail padding (space between thumbnail border and thumbnail graphic of catalog item) and distance between two thumbnails.
  
  User can increase/decrease settings by scrolling arrows (up/down) for thumbnail padding and distance between two thumbnails in thumbnail layout section.
    

• How to configure thumbnail alignments
  
  The thumbnails' alignment (both horizontal and vertical) can be configured by setting alignments.
   

  • For vertical alignments, user can select Top, Middle or Bottom alignment from dropdown selection list (recommended middle alignment)
     

  • For horizontal alignments, user can select Left, Center or Right alignment from dropdown selection list (recommended Center alignment)
     

• How to configure thumbnail collection border settings
   

  • User can configure  thumbnail collection's border setting uniformly in entire catalog.
     

  • firstly select / deselect thumbnail collection border setting  option. If selected, user can:
     

    • select border width from the selection box (default value  1 )
       

    • select border color by clicking button browse for color  . Upon clicking, program will prompt user to select color to be applied as web color. From color selection window, user can customize its color selection. (recommended to select web safe color from color selection window)
       

  • To remove thumbnail collection border setting, uncheck the border selection
     

• How to configure thumbnail collection's background color or background graphic
  
  User can set the thumbnail collection's background color or background graphic from this section. User can customize thumbnail collection's color OR graphic setting in line with catalog theme and catalog needs.
   

  • click the option of thumbnail collection's  background color or background graphic, by clicking the option button
     

  • If background color is opted, then select back color of thumbnail collection's  by clicking button browse for color for background color . Upon clicking, program will prompt user to select color to be applied as web color. From color selection window, user can customize its color selection. (recommended to select web safe color from color selection window)
    
    To remove thumbnail collection's background color setting, click the button remove background color .
     

  • If background graphic is opted, then select background graphic for thumbnail collection's  by clicking button . Upon clicking, background graphic viewer window will open, for user to select background graphic to be applied.
    
    To remove thumbnail collection's background graphic setting, click the button remove background graphic .
     

• how to configure display font setting for caption and contents along thumbnail preview of catalog item
  
  To configure font setting for content's caption and content
   

  • click button font setting  to select font type, font size, font effects, font color of caption / content.  Upon clicking, program will prompt user to select font setting to be applied. From font selection window, user can customize its font setting.
