Collection Groups Management

| Edit
Catalog Collection Group / Sub group |

From the Collection Group Management Window, User may manage its
entire collection group.
If you want to edit an existing collection group / sub group,
first select existing collection group or sub group
(you want to edit)
click Edit Name Button
OR Edit Code Button
 .
Upon clicking the button, a new window will open to
seek the collection group / sub group's new name or code.
Fill the
new name or code and click OK to complete the change. Upon Clicking
OK, Program asks for confirmation in line with configuration
setting.
If the catalog items are configured for their respective name or
code, based upon collection name or code, then the program prompts
you for any updates on existing catalog item's name/codes. If you
confirm for such changes, program will carry out necessary updates.

| Delete
Collection Group / Sub Group |
|
If you want to Delete an existing collection group / sub group,
first select existing collection group or sub group (you want to
Delete)
Now, Click Delete Button
 .
Upon clicking the button, Program will prompt you
with caution that, Once data is deleted can not be recovered. and
Upon deletion of collection group, its sub groups are also
deleted. Click either Yes to confirm deletion or No to skip the deletion.

| Auto
Update Catalog Item's Name |

If you want to update the Name (title) of all existing
catalog items under specific collection group / sub group,
first select existing collection group or sub group
Now,
click Auto Update Product Name Button
 .
If the Catalog Item's name is set on collection
group's name/code through configuration setting, then entire catalog
items collection under selected collection group will be reset in
line with configuration setting.

If you want to update the Code (SKU) of all existing
catalog items under specific collection group / sub group,
first select existing collection group or sub group
Now, click Auto Update Product Code Button
 .
If the Catalog Item's Code is set on collection
group's name/code through configuration setting, then entire catalog
items collection under selected collection group will be reset in
line with configuration setting.
