CatalogBuilder not only builds catalog, but also facilitates user to review its existing catalog and make necessary modifications.

• Click Menu - Catalog -  Catalog Management
  
  
  or click button catalog management   to start the process.
   

• Clicking the above, will open Catalog Management Window
  
  
   

  • Select catalog from existing catalog list (browse catalog pane)

  • Upon catalog selection, thumbnail pane is filled by catalog items vis a vis collection groups / subgroups.

  • User can navigate catalog items for specific catalog, by selecting collection group / subgroup (browse collection group pane)

  • catalog items can be previewed using thumbnail pane's navigation.
     

  • User can build new catalog from catalog management window:
     

    • Click button New  OR click Menu - Catalog - Build New Catalog
      
      
       

    • program will open new catalog window wherein, user may fill inputs, select catalog items and build new catalog.
       

• For selected catalog, user can :
   

  • Edit Catalog (including catalog items) - To edit, catalog details, email id and/or include / remove catalog items:
     

    • Select Catalog from browse Catalog Pane and click button edit catalog OR click Menu - Catalog - Catalog Operations - Edit Catalog
      
      
       

    • program will open create / edit catalog wizard wherein, user may modify inputs, catalog items catalog and update catalog.
       

  • Delete Catalog
     

    • Select Catalog from browse Catalog Pane and click button delete catalog OR click Menu - Catalog - Catalog Operations - Delete Catalog
      
      
       

    • program will warn the user for such deletion. Click Yes to complete deletion and Click No to skip the deletion.
       

  • Remove Catalog Items
     

    • Select Catalog Items  from Thumbnail Pane and click button remove catalog items OR click Menu - Catalog - Catalog Operations - Delete Catalog Item
      
      
       

    • program will warn the user for such deletion. Click Yes to complete deletion and Click No to skip the deletion.
       

  • Remove catalog Items of selected collection group / subgroup
     

    • Select Collection Group / Subgroup  from Browse Collection  Pane and click button    OR click Menu - Catalog - Catalog Operations - Remove Catalog Collection Group
      
      
       

    • program will warn the user for such deletion. Click Yes to complete deletion and Click No to skip the deletion.
       

    • Upon deletion, all catalog items of specified collection group / subgroup will be removed from catalog
       

  • Preview published catalog (only if it is once published). If the program does not find the previously published catalog at the path, it was published earlier; it will not display preview. To preview the previously published catalog
     

    • Click preview catalog   OR click Menu - Catalog - Catalog operations - Preview Catalog
      
      

    • if, available,  the program will open the published catalog in new explorer window.
       

  • Preview theme of  catalog. The program facilitates catalog customized theme management to suit catalog objectives and enterprise identity. 
     

    • Click preview theme  OR click Menu - Catalog - Catalog Operations - Preview Theme
      
      
       

    • if, available,  the program will open the  catalog theme in new explorer window.
       

  • Publish Catalog - for selected catalog, user may publish entire catalog at a button click. CatalogBuilder facilitates user to publish:
     

    • slide show publishing through slide show publisher
      
      To publish slide show from Catalog Management Window, select catalog from browse catalog pane and then click Slide Show Button  or Menu- Publish Catalog - Slide Show Builder
      
      
      
      Upon clicking, Slide Show Builder window will open. User is then, required to follow the process in slide show builder window.
       

    • web catalog publishing
      
      To publish slide show from Catalog Management Window, select catalog from browse catalog pane and then click Web Catalog Button  or Menu- Publish Catalog - Web Catalog
      
      
      
      
      Upon clicking, Publish Web Catalog  window will open. User is then, required to follow the process in web catalog window.
       

    • multimedia catalog CD publishing
      
      To publish multimedia CD catalog or CD brochure  from Catalog Management Window, select catalog from browse catalog pane and then click multimedia CD button  or Menu- Publish Catalog - Multimedia Catalog / Brochure
      
      
      
      
      Upon clicking, Publish Multimedia CD  Catalog  window will open. User is then, required to follow the process in multimedia CD catalog window.
      
       

  • Customize theme building for Catalog to suit enterprise needs
    
    To customize theme for catalog, select catalog from browse catalog pane and then click Theme Button  or Menu- Catalog -  Catalog Operations - Catalog Theme
    
    
    
    Upon clicking, Theme Window will open. User is then, required to follow the process in Theme window.

   

  • Customized design setting for Catalog to suit enterprise needs
    
    To customize / configure design settings  from Catalog Management Window, select catalog from browse catalog pane and then click Design Options Button  or Menu- Catalog - Catalog Operations - Design Configurations / Settings
    
    
    
    Upon clicking, Design Setting Window will open. User then, may configure its catalog's design and features settings.
