From Collection Group Management Window, user may create new collection group and/or sub group.

If No collection group exist in the collection window, click the button " create new collection group / subgroup" 

If you already have existing collection group / sub group, first select existing collection group or sub group (at the level you want to create new collection group or at child level / sub level you want to create new collection sub group).

Now ,click the button " create new collection group / subgroup" 

 

• Fill the new collection group / sub group related details:
  
  Name (*) - Max length of input text 50 characters
  Code (*) -  Max length of input text 5 characters
  Code Begin Number (*) - do not input any decimals or negative numbers
   

• Code begin number will be used to provide auto code to new catalog items (inserted under this collection group / sub group), if configuration setting is set to provide auto code on collection group.
   

• click Create button  to complete the creation process and click cancel button  to skip the creation process.
